Position Overview: HIRING IMMEDIATELY
Earn $16.00 - $19.00 an hour tips.

As a Team Member, you will be an integral part of the guest experience, through the face-to-face customer interaction.

We encourage our team members to be well-rounded team players, willing to get their hands dirty and do whatever it takes to keep your store running smoothly! No matter what position you start in with us, you will have the opportunity to be cross-trained and will be tasked to take on different positions within our team.

Responsibilities:
Team Member responsibilities include and are not limited to:

• Greet guests, take order, and guide the customer journey, resolve guest issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of front of house area.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of our menu to effectively communicate all ingredients to guests.
• Maintain knowledge of critical dietary information and demonstrate proper food handling.
• Operate POS register to complete customer transactions.
• Run food, maintain to-go station, make smoothies. (Training provided)

Requirements:

• Food, Restaurant, Team and/or Customer Service experience.
• Barista / Smoothie experience is a plus.
• A team player with a positive can-do attitude.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Excellent and collaborative communication skills.
• A knack for delivering personable customer service and a desire to make connections with guests every day.
• Accountable in upholding high standards.
